Peru is considered a foodie paradise, boasting one of the world\u2019s top gastronomic cultures and so a cooking workshop just had to be included in the program; you will learn to cook typical Peruvian dishes and enjoy local organic food. The workshop is held in one of the most emblematic spots in the Plaza de Cuzco.<\/p>\n

We will delve into the Andean culture, visiting indigenous groups and experiencing life in a spiritual community. We will take part in a temascali, or healing through the 4 elements, with connection rituals and offerings to Pachamama, all activities designed to connect us to Mother Earth.<\/p>\n

And in doing so we will be contributing to a regenerative, alternative and non-touristy tourism.<\/p>\n
