Intuitive painting workshop
Birgit is a German artist and therapist living in Puerto Andratx. She speaks German, English and Spanish.
The combination of her professional training as a feng shui consultant and her studies of techniques such as energy therapy, colour therapy, sacred geometry and others, has led her to develop her unique intuitive painting style.
Through her workshops, she takes the participants on a transformative journey of self-discovery and play.
An intuitive painting workshop is a meditation in movement, guiding us to connect with our inner wisdom and using the creative process to externalise emotions and sensations. By letting go of preconceived notions and ideas we can begin to listen to our inner voice without judgement and find a different connection to our rich inner world.
No previous experience is required for this workshop. We aim to create again with the freedom and playfulness of a child. The goal of an intuitive painting workshop is to connect inwards and start to create with our personal, visual vocabulary.
The workshop provides a safe space for personal expression and starts with a guided meditation and is then followed by fun exercises using paper, acrylic paints, and related materials. Prompts will be given that will help spark our own creative expression in new and surprising ways.

My name is Krisztina, I am from Hungary but I have been living in Alcudia for 17 years now.
I am a massage therapyst which is a school of Alternativ Healing Techniques in Palma de Mallorca. Since then, I have worked in 5* hotels, private villas and boats.
I always felt the urge to help others and to be a massage therapyst is a perfect way to do so.
I have my own Elit massage bed and everything else that is needed to provide a quality massage.
I apply only 100% natural products which are included within the massage, essential oils and a variety of different incenses.
