
Eco Trip Formentera
On this dreamy and transformative island we will gain new insights into wellness and healthy nutrition, with Mediterranean macrobiotic food workshops.
We will develop a greater sustainable and ecological awareness, using an electric bicycle as our sole means of transport, going out boating on a classic Mediterranean llaut, enjoying the startling turquoise waters, unique in the whole of the Mediterranean, and practicing yoga and mindfulness on the beach.
For a few days we will appreciate the value of perceiving time at a slower pace, turning our day to day into a slow travel experience, so that we can fully enjoy the sunsets and the rare landscapes of Formentera with all of our 5 senses.
I call this trip the “awakening of the heart” because it makes it easier for us to reconnect with ourselves. I put all of my focus into making this happen, giving you a few guidelines to achieve it during the trip.
